Ingredients
- 125 g smoked boneless ham, thinly sliced
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 endive, cut into spears
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped radicchio lettuce
- 1/2 pear, cored and sliced
- 2.5 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml dressing
- 15 ml chopped chives
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
- Combine the pear slices with the lemon juice and mix well.
- Assemble the salad starting with the arugula, then the endive spears, radicchio, pears, and ham.
- Drizzle with the dressing and garnish with chives.
- Serve immediately.
