- 4 breaded chicken strips
- 2 tortillas
- 50 ml salsa
- 50 g grated cheese for nachos
- 0.25 green pepper, diced
- 0.25 red pepper, diced
- 0.25 onion, diced
- 15 ml olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4 breaded chicken strips
- 2 tortillas
- 50 ml salsa
- 50 g grated cheese for nachos
- 0.25 green pepper, diced
- 0.25 red pepper, diced
- 0.25 onion, diced
- 15 ml olive oil

Preparation

- Preheat fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- In a pan, heat half of the oil over high heat and cook onion for 2 minutes
- Add the peppers and cook an additional minute. Add salt and pepper. Set aside
- Cook chicken strips in the fryer. Keep warm
- Garnish the middle of each tortilla with grated cheese, vegetables and 2 chicken strips then finish with salsa
- Fold and roll tortillas. Brush wraps with remaining olive oil and grill on the flat top or in the oven
