- 1 naan or other flat bread, your choice
- 75 ml marinara sauce
- 125 g grated cheese for nachos
- ¼ red pepper, chopped
- ⅛ onion, chopped
- 30 ml olive oil
- 15 ml fresh basil, chopped

Preparation

- Cook the sausages according to recommended cooking instructions.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbread on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Spread sauce evenly over the bread. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- Add sausage slices, peppers and onions. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with basil when ready to serve.
