• 4 fully cooked smoked sausages, cut into thin slices
• 250 ml sliced mushrooms
• 250 ml peppers, cut into small cubes
• 5 ml chopped garlic
• 4 panini buns
• 125 ml tomato sauce
• 250 ml grated mozzarella
• 85 ml cheddar cheese
• 15 ml chopped basil
• 5 ml dried oregano
• Olive oil, for cooking
