- 1 baguette or ciabatta bread
- 3 slices low injection bacon (#92765)
- 50 g swiss cheese
- 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 large curly lettuce leaf
- 40 ml reduced fat mayonnaise
- 15 ml pure maple syrup

Preparation

- Cook the bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towel and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and maple syrup.
- Halve the bread. Brush the inside with maple mayonnaise.
- Fill the sandwich with the lettuce, cheese, sliced tomato and bacon.
