• 454 g extra-lean chopped pork
• 1 chopped red pepper
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 beaten eggs
• 125 ml crushed sunflower seeds
• 30 ml soy sauce
• 1 pinch of dried thyme
• 1 pinch of dried oregano
• 10 hamburger buns
• 10 lettuce leaves
