- 0.25 green pepper, diced
- 0.25 red pepper, diced
- 0.25 onion, diced
- 15 ml olive oil
- 50 g grated cheese for nachos
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 50 ml salsa
- 40 g tortilla chips

Preparation

- Preheat fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat and cook onion for 2 minutes
- Add the peppers and cook a minute more. Add salt and pepper. Set aside
- Cook the chicken strips in the fryer and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet
- Top with the onion/pepper mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Broil in the oven or salamander to melt the cheese
- Serve with tortilla chips and salsa
