- 2 kg Olymel fully cooked chicken cubes
- 625 g mayonnaise
- 90 g Dijon mustard
- 90 g lime juice
- 8 pears, diced (peeled or unpeeled)
- 250 ml alfalfa sprouts
- Greens of your choice (frisée, romaine, Boston)
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

- In a large round bowl, mix the mayonnaise, the mustard and the lime juice
- Add the pears and alfalfa sprouts Along with salt and pepper. Mix well
- Incorporate the chicken cubes and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves
- You can also use this salad to prepare delicious sandwiches
