Ingredients
- 3 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread, toasted
- 85 g (3 oz) Olymel Smoked Turkey Breast (approximately 6 slices)
- 2 slices Olymel Fully Cooked Bacon
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
- 10 ml (2 tsp) Dijon mustard
- ¼ avocado, sliced (optional)

- 10 ml (2 tsp) Dijon mustard

Preparation

- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Heat the fully cooked bacon for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warmed through and crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer the turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato on one slice of bread.
- Add a second slice of bread and top with avocado (if using) and additional turkey.
- Finish with the third slice of bread.
- Secure with sandwich picks and cut before serving.
