Sandwich
- 4 slices Olymel Black Forest Ham
- 2 slices Canadian cheddar cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 slices artisan multigrain or sourdough bread
Maple Dijon Aioli
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Ingredients

Sandwich
- 4 slices Olymel Black Forest Ham
- 2 slices Canadian cheddar cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 slices artisan multigrain or sourdough bread
Maple Dijon Aioli
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Preparation

- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the maple Dijon aioli evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the cheddar cheese on the bottom slice of bread.
- Fold and layer the Black Forest Ham to create height and visual appeal.
- Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
- Finish with the second slice of bread.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
