- 900 g extra-lean ground turkey
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 30 ml dried thyme
- 1 egg
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 15 ml herbes de Provence
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

- Preheat the oven to 200° C (400 °F)
- In a large mixing bowl, put the turkey, the onions, the thyme and the egg. Add salt and pepper. Mix well
- Make turkey meatballs 2 cm (3/4 in) in diameter and place them as you go on a platter lined with parchment paper
- Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes
- Put the yogurt, the herbes de Provence and the lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix well
- Serve the meatballs while quite warm accompanied by a ramekin of sauce
