• 900 g cooked grilling chicken, cut into strips
• 170 ml rice vinegar
• 60 ml soy sauce
• 60 ml maple syrup
• 125 ml canola oil
• 250 ml dried cranberries
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
